Who we are

Club Wines is a brand of Element 79 Vineyards, Somerset, California. This policy covers otbwine.com and any page on it. If you have a question about anything here, write to us at the address in the footer.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site. Today that is:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Your state (members) or your club (club inquiries)
• Which form you used, so we know whether you wrote as a member or on behalf of a club

We do not ask for, and this site does not accept, payment information, dates of birth, government identifiers, or any sensitive personal information. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or third-party cookies on this site.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to tell you when the wine is available, and to route club inquiries to the right person. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else can see it

Two service providers process this data on our behalf, under contract, and only to run the site:

• Supabase stores the list.
• Netlify hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses.

We also load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when the page loads. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to a successor if the business is sold.

Third parties collecting information

Other than the server logs and font requests described above, no third party collects personally identifiable information about you through this site, over time or across other sites.

Do Not Track

We do not track visitors across third-party websites, so we do not respond differently to a browser Do Not Track signal. There is nothing for it to turn off.

Reviewing, correcting, or deleting your information

Write to us and ask. We will tell you what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete you from the list entirely. Every marketing email we send will also carry a one-click unsubscribe, which we honor within ten business days.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until the list is clearly no longer of use to either of us.

Children

This site is intended for adults of legal drinking age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a material way, we will post the revised policy on this page with a new effective date, and we will email anyone on our list before the change takes effect.
